yup i crashed the motorcycle this eveing :-| actually i got turned in front of,
was going to pick up my daughter's perscription from walmart, driving past the golfcourse when this kid starts to turn in front of me. i crammed the brakes and tryed to turn as far to the right as i could without putting it into the grass. i felt the rear tire lockup but it was too late to back off , the rearend slid side ways and about that time i rember hearing the "THUNK" and feeling my nuts hit the tank or someting really hard,
all after that i can think of is standing there cussing at the little twirp.. i asked him "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?" he about pissed his pants then
i then took off my helmet and throwed it into the chain lind fence surrounding the golf corse.
i asked him "you got insruance?"
he said "yea"
i replyed "your damn well gona need it!"
after that i realised i was on my feet . no blood and i felt so good to be alive , he then asked me what to do and i said we need to call the police so he walked and i hobbled over to the pro-shop and had a lady call the cops.
he arived, was a officer that i had kown all my life and had a lotta respect for , he asked what happend and we told him it involved the bike i thought he was gona freek out.
so now we wait for the police report and i'm taking the bike over to the suzuki dealership tomorrow to get a estimate.
his parents came over a bit ago and asked to look at the bike and told me that they wanted to pay for it out of there pockets instead of filing for the insurace so it wouldn't go up. i said we'dd just have to see how much the estiamate is and go from there.
so now i'm sitting here holding a bag of ice on my marbles .
little side note
when the officer pulled up the kid asked me "please sir don't sue me , my insurance will pay for the damages buy please don't sue me"
told him to calm down this is why we pay insurances for.
i feel kinda bad for cussing at him so much ......naa
the left rear shock is toasted. the key i bent really bad ,handlebars are bent a bit there's a dent into the tank, the upper mount where the shock bolts up to is bent i hope that it can be straited with no glitches, somthing is rubbing the rear tire on the side and the belt isn't tracking strait anymore. so i hope it's not too serously bent in the frame
